tone indicators are acronyms that indicates how a message or tweet is perceived

tweets and messages can be perceived differently by anyone, a majority being neurodivergent

ex. " you're so annoying "

that sentence can distinguished in different tones to different people

a way to fix this is by adding /srs or /lh, depending on the usage of the text

tone indicators help indicate the intention of a message / tweet for many people, especially the neurodivergent

the usage of tone indicators makes interpreting the tone of a text much easier, and helps avoid any miscommunication

we use tone indicators when your tone could be misinterpreted / unclear

ex. a sarcastic message needs a tone indicator, it is hard for some to differentiate between sarcasm and a serious message

however, please don't baby the neurodivergent and use tone indicators when they arent needed. use them when you vaguely tweet
